For much of the ride the SAG will not have the riders in direct line of sight. There are many places where the SAG cannot follow and on some occasions, the SAG may be ahead waiting at the next stop. We use the app Life360 to share our location. This allows for the SAG to find the riders, the riders to find the SAG, and for interested family and friends to track the ride. The app is free and you can join the Circumnavilake Circle via a code that will be sent out a couple of days before the ride. You can turn on/off sharing your location in the app at any time. Not everyone needs to install the app but it’d be good to have at least a few riders with it. If you have family and friends that want to track our progress, send them the link. They do not need to share their location to see ours.

Bedding: The campground has bunk beds with mattresses but no bedding. Pack blankets, sleeping bags, pillows.
Changes of clothing. Consider what you want to wear on day 2, but also what you want to wear while at the campground and what to sleep in. Everyone has their own preferences, but do please plan on a shower and fresh clothing if you’re sharing enclosed spaces with others.
Bug spray.
Folding chairs. Sitting around the campfire is a Circumnavilake tradition.
Drinks of any kind should be placed in the ice chest in the back of the trailer vehicle on Saturday before 7:00 AM. They will be put into the refrigerator at the campground. Drinks not consumed will be brought back to Laketown on Sunday.
Food, snacks, spices, hot sauce, other consumables.
Board games, Bluetooth speaker for music, playing cards, hacky-sack, Frisbee.
Flashlights. It gets exceptionally dark in the park.
Anything to cook/prepare over the campfire. In the past people have done s’mores and Jiffy Pop popcorn.
Anything else you want available to you at the end of the ride on Sunday.
Charging cable for your electronic devices.
Air Tag / Tile or other tracking device inside your luggage.
